Flagship course
Signal Mapping Studio
A six-week practice space for teams who need application analytics that explain framework experience—not just volume of events.
What you will practice
- Designing a lean event vocabulary for framework onboarding and upgrade paths
- Spotting friction clusters without over-fitting to a single cohort week
- Writing readout notes that product and support can share without translation
- Setting alert thresholds that respect Korea business-hour release windows
Modules
- Week 1 — Inventory with restraint
Audit existing instrumentation and cut vanity signals before adding anything new. - Week 2 — Journey skeletons
Build experience maps that bind framework states to observable events. - Week 3 — Friction clustering
Group drop-offs by intent, not by page title, and test two recovery hypotheses. - Week 4 — Dashboard calm
Compose a three-panel weekly view that leadership can scan in under five minutes. - Week 5 — Narrative critique
Present findings live; peers score clarity, not chart density. - Week 6 — Handoff kit
Package templates, glossary, and a 30-day maintenance checklist for your team.
Learner notes from this studio
“Week 4’s three-panel dashboard replaced our twelve-tab Grafana habit. Support finally joins the readout without needing a translator.”
Solid on instrumentation restraint. The live critique felt rushed when our group ran long, yet the recording still helped.
FAQ
Do we need a specific analytics vendor?
No. Examples reference common event warehouses and product analytics tools, but assignments work with whatever your team already ships.
Is this suitable for early-stage startups?
Yes if you already emit a few framework events. If you have zero instrumentation, start with a discovery call—we may recommend a lighter clinic first.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not implement production pipelines for you. Graduates leave with designs and critique-ready packs; your engineers still wire the collectors.
What timezone are live labs?
Primary labs run on Korea Standard Time evenings, with a recorded option and one alternate morning slot for remote teammates.
